A Robin, A Cherry Pepper and A Recipe

What to write, I pause and think—what would you be interested in? Food of course, those Chicken Riggies in the headline, grin. My first thought, if you are not from Utica, New York—would you even know what Chicken Riggies are?

Then my mind wonders as I am enjoying being surrounded by nature, my Grandma Rhododendron pictured here, and a lovely potted yellow-peach begonia in front of me. Wish you were here to converse in person, you would enjoy a seat in the rocking chair, while you sip on a cup of Chamomile and Lavender tea, with me. Bailey is off to the groomers (thank goodness he’s a bit shaggy, grin) and hubby is onto his part-time gig, he loves it. It enables me to reflect, write and create my love too.
