New twist on classic sausage, peppers & onions, served with homemade flatbread…

Easy dinner after playing with sourdough starter all day. 😉

A few weeks ago, I posted a photo of dinner; chicken sausage and peppers paired with homemade Easy Sourdough Flatbread. It was fabulous. It was so darn good we are having it for dinner tonight, minus the flatbread, as I am currently working on a sourdough discard rye/buckwheat combo instead. Hum, is that a run on sentence? 🤔I truly need a personal editor, grin. And yes, I will post this new sourdough creation that I am currently experimenting with. What fun I am having with my new sourdough starter and discard.

I do hope you all had a fun, enjoyable, family & friend renewed Easter. I believe, there is hope during spring. A sense of regeneration as the day grows longer, the increased warmth promotes new buds on the trees and flowers. Soon we will be planting in our gardens.
