Inspiration for Edamame Salad
It’s one of those days at camp where the weather is picture perfect—easy breeze quietly moving along the pond, birds in the air, and temps climbing. It’s the kind of day that inspires easy cooking.
We are mid-summer and that means the refrigerator at camp has many 1/2 things—or frozen forgotten things, grin. Like 1/2 onion in the crisper, 1/2 jar of pepperoncinis, 2 bags of frozen beans (1 edamame, 1 green or more)—you get the idea.
