Hi, this is my first post (a sub-substack on Wendy’s Kitchen). It may be imperfect, or a lot imperfect, grin. It’s meant to be fun and casual. I am enjoying you so much, I thought you might find some enjoyment for my love of nature too.

Welcome to my little heaven on earth.

This is where I feel close to God, the wonder of all he has to offer. My favorite psalm is Psalm 23–A psalm of David. Why, as I walk the pond, I recite Psalms 23:2-3 “He leads me by quiet waters to restore my soul”. I love to relax with a cup of tea or coffee at the breaking of dawn and sip a glass of wine at sunset. It’s a sense of inner peace, my saving grace over the years. I recently just read a plan on my Bible app Psalm 23–The Lord is My Shepherd . If you are curious, it walks you through a 8-day devotional reading journey of Psalm 23. I enjoyed it.
