Today’s recipes are all about the chard—Rhubarb Swiss Chard that is. Why? because as I walked through one of our favorite Farmer’s Market this past Thursday, I spotted this beautiful large green bunch. Being curious I asked; What’s that beautiful bunch—her reply, Rhubarb Swiss Chard.

I had never heard of it. But I shared that I am growing Rainbow Swiss Chard in my garden for the first time. She let me know she will probably plant 3 more rounds of Swiss Chard this year. I can only imagine having that kind of room. Do you think my hubby would let me take up the entire yard?
