Comfort in a bowl—Taco Soup, right?
One of my favorite meals is anything taco flavored. I just love hamburger, with chili spices, cumin and oregano. And of course, anything with cayenne pepper is my go-to (and always optional for you).
Today’s weather is a bit wonky, beginning with mild temps in the 50’s, to a quick storm, and cooler temperatures leading to evening snow. Causing me to crave comfort in a bowl.
One of my favorite magazines is “Cooking Light, Soups & Stews”. As I began to explore, I quickly noticed a taco soup recipe. Perfect—I thought, it’s Tuesday and it has all the ingredients I love.
