Hi, what’s happening in your neck of the woods? Although I imagine you sitting and chatting with me, it’s comforting to know that you are out there, somewhere, hopefully enjoying a beautify day.
I am super excited to write up this week’s recipes (yeah 2 in 1 special) or is it a blue plate special, you decide. It’s been a productive week. Although it didn’t start out that way. In our neck of the woods, it was cool, damp and rainy for a long long time. Okay maybe not that long. But overnight we went from 86 ℉ to 61℉ and 41℉ in the evening hours. Not that I don’t love fall—but we haven’t hit summer yet, smile.
Today as I am writing my thoughts down, random at times, we (my furry baby) and me are enjoying 86℉ again, low humidity and slightly breezy, just perfect weather!
