Turkey Chili is great on its own but blended with a salad it’s a star.
This recipe is such a delicious, easy way to use your leftover chili. It is my go-to for lunch or dinner anytime of the week. If you were to ask me, what could I not live without it would be chili, salsa, peppers; hum, that is a few things, you get the point, grin.
Serves 2 good size salads.
Ingredients
Leftover Salad* (directions below)
Leftover Turkey Chili (Turkey Chili Post)
Corn Chips
Sour Cream and Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Sriracha Sauce (optional, except for me, 😆)

Directions
Heat the chili up to warm, to hot will wilt your lettuce. Then on a large plate, place your salad greens to one side, then add your corn chips to the other side. Top your salad and chips with your warmed up chili. Garnish with sour cream and cheddar cheese. Add a little sriracha sauce to finish it off (optional). So good, deliciousness!
