These look amazing and I would like to try the poblano peppers as I have not had those before.

Thank you Neil - the outer skins tend to be thicker than a green pepper. But you can roast them first. They are very good.

Oh! I'll just imagine this is a bell pepper instead of a spicy poblano pepper and I can taste it in my mouth. Good idea on using turkey instead of beef.
